Slack

Slack integration lets you display summary information about a backlog item when you paste a link to it into a Slack message.

Installation

You must be an "Account Manager" on an organization to install the integration.

In your organization's "Integrations" menu, select the "Slack" integration, then click on "Install Slack integration". If you started the installation from the Slack app directory you will first need to select the target organization.

You will then be redirected to a Slack page to authorize the application. Once the authorizations have been granted, the application is installed.

You can add other Slack teams to your organization on the integration page.

Uninstall

To uninstall the integration or delete a Slack team, delete the app from your Slack team according to the Slack documentation.
