Kanban is used to manage and visualize the workflow of sprint backlog items. It tracks the progress of tasks throughout the sprint, providing transparency and clarity on the status of work. This optimizes collaboration and promotes rapid problem identification, enabling the development team to adapt and optimize its workflow to meet sprint objectives.

Optera offers a Kanban view of sprint work. Users can move backlog items into the various kanban columns to indicate their status (in progress, done, etc.).

It is possible to add columns between To-Do and Done.
